Öznur Gülen Ertosun graduated from Kocaeli University, Department of Economics in 2004, and completed her master’s degree in Human Resources Management program at Marmara University in 2007. She has completed the Gebze Technical University Business Administration Ph.D. program with a thesis on Positive Psychological Capital. She has been working at Istanbul Medipol University since 2015, giving lectures on Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior, and the Vice Dean at the Faculty of Business and Management Sciences. Research and study areas: Positive Psychological Capital, Management and Leadership, Culture, Human Resources Management, and Motivation.
